About the Role

We are looking for a Program Coordinator to assist the Clinical Director at our Park City Retreat Center/Clinic. Duties include assisting with the daily administrative operations and implementing procedures to optimize patient care. Must be a well-organized and highly motivated individual that can obtain and analyze information in a collaborative method as it pertains to a patient’s treatment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Clinical Director to ensure the proper coordination and success of Retreat program
  • Administrative duties such as scheduling patients, preparation of program materials, coordinate providers schedules and patient retreat details
  • Providing quality customer service to patients, families and referral sources during inquiry calls and the admissions process
  • Be the liaison between patients, medical providers, and clinical staff
  • Other duties to be assigned
  • Required Qualifications

  • 1-2 years Program Management experience preferred
  • Previous Retreat coordination experience highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of clinical assessment methods, individual and group therapy techniques
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Highly organized and motivated
