Novamind is growing its marketing and communications team. As a Social Media Coordinator, your main responsibility is to execute on results-driven social media strategies. As a member of our team, you will work with creative marketing and communications professionals who are committed to improving the standard for mental health treatment and improving lives. This is a full-time position located in Utah or Toronto with remote accommodation available.
Create and publish engaging and compliant social media content for Novamind’s social media channelsWork collaboratively with partners to create and manage social media content calendarsMaintain Novamind’s brand standards and brand voice across all social media channelsManage and engage social media communities by responding to posts and developing discussionsNetwork with key influencers and suggest brand and independent partnerships on social channelsCollaborate with internal teams to report trends, proactively triage and escalate inquiries or issues, ensure follow-up and close loop on solution completion with responsible teamWork with brand manager to analyze competitor activity and align content to overall brand identityWork with marketing team to establish visual identity for social channelsAssist with SEO blogging and other copy writing as neededContribute to regular scorecards for social media initiativesMeasure and report performance and user engagement on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications, or similar field, required2-5 years working experience in marketing, communications or related fieldProven experience creating content and managing social media platformsOnline community management and customer service skillsSolid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customersStrong copywriting and editing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniquesKnowledge and understanding of algorithms and SEOKeen attention to detailExperience working with social media management tools for publishing and reportingExcellent consulting, writing, editing and communication skillsPositive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilityStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projectsExperience in healthcare industry is an asset Commensurate with experience
